Went to meet Ben yesterday at AMK MRT trained to Bishan MRT. Went to virtual land for some street fighter. Then went to Macdonald cause Ben wanna eat. Bhareth came then took a train to Orchard, walk around. Then went to City Hall to meet Alcus and Adrian. Dined at Macdonald for dinner. Planned to go to Alcova but Rong Hui and clique called and said they going to chalet. So went home to change to slippers, call them, then they told me they going to 18 years old club. So didn't go with them, gave Ethel a call and meet her at Hub. Walked around then send her home and back to hub to meet Ching We and Jian Xun. Went to play some street fighter before Boon came. Went home after that. Stayed at home today until 2.45pm went down to EMN to get inked! weeeeeee. The image kind of blur because my dad took the camera to Taiwan. Went to meet Poh Heng yesterday at AMK MRT bus stop. Then went to Virtual Land to look for monster. Took a cab to Bugis because monster wanted to put tattoo. Reached there ate wanton mee for dinner. Then in the end, we cannot go in because the place is like f small. Then took a bus to TPY to look for Hui Yee. We thought her house is near the bus stop we alighted. So we tried to walk to her house. We walked from TPY to Braddell to Bishan to Tomson just to look for her block. But we couldn't find it at all, so we took at cab instead, wasted so much time walking. Slack outside her house for awhile. Went to S-11 with Poh to meet Fu Chen they all. Then i went home after that. Went to Virtual Land today to play some street fighter. Then went to MRT to meet Ben Ho and Bhareth. Trained down to Somerset then went to Cineleisure. Wanted to catch Avatar but tickets all sold out. So went to KPool for some billiard then switch to pool. Went to burger king for dinner then there's this 2 santa girl giving out candy. And we've got to take picture with them. Bhareth stood beside the f pretty one and Ben Ho stood beside the ugly one. And guess what, i stood in between the 2 guys, LIKE WTF! People from Nutrition Park came. Delivered my protein and Kre-Alkalyn. After that headed to EMN for my tattoo. But Ian's doing a tattoo for a girl. So went to defu lane to collect cheque first and went back. Like finally i got inked! weeeeeeee. ![]() Went to the gym yesterday alone to train for awhile.
Went home and change then went down to MRT to wait for Boon Shien. Then headed to virtual land for some street fighter. Like always, i didn't even win a match, darn. Kok Kien and his brother came after that, played some car game. Then went to Orchard to walk around then went to Far East for dinner. Kok Kien's brother kept pestering us to bring him to buy Bleach poster. So went to Takashimaya to look for it but we can't find at all. We wanted to go to Wisma Atria cause Kok Kien wanna see PS3 games. But the brother wanna find poster so we lied to him that there's poster there. Went there to look for games, then saw this tv with this darn cool projector. The tv size is like triple the normal size tv, darn cool. After that went back to AMK, went to look for Shao Wei at NTUC. Then went to fun center to see games. Kok Kien brother still pestering us for his poster so went to Xin Tian Di and asked. But there isn't any there so all of us went home after that. Planned to go to the gym today but was like darn lazy. So went to meet Ching We and go over to Tomson Plaza to meet Boon Shien.
Walked around and dined at KFC. Took 165 to Virtual Land for some street fighter. I swear i sucked at this kind of game, i lost every game not even winning 1. Went to hub to walk for awhile then took like a few pictures before going home. Have been working from last Tuesday to like few days ago.
And guess what the person fired me. Like darn idiotic worked for 1 week only. On that night i got fired, took my pay and went to New Urban Male to shop abit. Guess that, i finished my pay which is like 400 bucks. So currently staying at home and helping my dad to do some work. Hopefully he'd give me some allowance. Went to Hub with Boon Shien yesterday to walk around. Went to virtual land to play Street Fighter. I'm always a noob at it. Gonna go to the gym later and maybe find Ching We at his workplace. This post is about health, so if you're not interested at all skip it.
Like in my previous post i told you guys i went to check. How much fats and muscles i've got. Here's the chart. And i'll explain everything inside. Ok, i'm gonna start from the top.Intracellular Fluid: Fluid content inside the cell. Extracellular Fluid: Fluid content outside the cell. Protein Mass: Large quantity of Nitrogen Compound which is present and essential part of all living sells in the body and formed by condensation of Amino Acids. Bone Mass:Large quantity of calcified tissue which makes the skeleton Fat Mass:Large quantity of oily white substance in body. Second part, Muscle - Fat diagnosis. Height and Weight, of course, everyone would know what it is. Muscle Mass: Amount of muscles in our body. Body Fat Mass: Amount of fats in our body. Percentage body fat: Normal value for male is 15%, normal value for female is 23%. ( Fat mass divided by Body Weight x 100%) Fat Distribution: Normal value for male is 0.80, normal value for female is 0.75. As you can see my muscle mass is 49.3, i've got to gain like 3 - 4kg more. Percentage body fat is for like ABS, so if i wanna have a define abs, i've got to decease it to 10% Fat distribution is how much fat you gain by eating mine got to change it to like 0.75. Third part will be. Fluid Diagnosis: Amount of fluid in the body by segments. Right arm: 2.31 Left arm: 2.26 Trunk 18.7 Right leg 6.67 Left leg 6.59 As you can see my right leg is strongest among both of my hands and leg. So pray hard you don't get kicked by my right leg. =) You can see that the person circled it. It's because i've got to balance everything. For people who don't really like training legs like me. You should, cause if you don't, your legs can't support your body. Which will cause you to knees problem. Edema Exam: Ratio between extracellular fluid & total body water( normal healthy value is 0.3 to 0.35.) Which means, mine is like ok. =) The forth part. Nutritional Assessment. Obesity Degree: 100% is the ideal score for a body.( Which means mine is like still ok but not perfect.) BMI: Body Mess Index Below 18.4: Underweight 18.5 to 22.9: Healthy 23 to 27.4: Mildly overweight Above 27.5: Very overweight, obese. Which means, i'm actually quite healthy. =) BMR(Basal Metabolic Rate): Amount of energy used by a body during resting.( Unit kcal = calories) Which actually means, amount of Calories i burn while resting. 1gram of Protein: 4 Calories 1gram of Carbohydrate: 4 Calories 1gram of Fat: 9 Calories Which means, i burn like 1859.o Calories while resting. But it's not good enough cause i've got to change it to like 2200 like you can see in the picture. To actually increase your BMR, you've got to increase your Muscle Mass. AMC(Arm Muscle Circumference): Measurement of biceps area without fat. Which means my biceps without fat is like 22.7cm. AC(Arm Circumference): Measurement of biceps together with fat, bone & skin. Mine's like 25.3cm, so actually, my biceps are quite big compared to my arm. BCM(Body Cell Mass): Amount of protein mass and intracellular fluid. Mine's 36.6kg which i think is like quite ok? The fifth part. Evaluation. Sarcopenic : Loose muscle due to lack of protein. The rest, i don't think i need to explain. The sixth part. Weight control. Target Weight: Ideal weight for your age and height. 65.4 which means i need like another 6.4kg. Fat Control: Amount in kilo gram of fat you need to gain or lose to make your body balance. Which means i need another 3.8kg of fats to make my body balance. Muscle Control: Amount in kilo gram of muscle you need to gain or lose to attain an ideal result. Which means i need another 2.6kg of muscles to have an ideal body. The final part will be. Fitness Score: 100point is the ideal score for body.( based on max. muscle mass & min. fat.) Below 50: Unhealthy 50-59: Fair 60- 69: Average 70-79: Good 80- 89: Very Good 90-100: Excellent Which means my overall body is like Good only. =( You guys can tag me regarding how to get a nice body, i'll try to explain whatever i can. =) Went to Fitness First in the morning to put all my things in the locker.
Headed to the MRT, Then i suddenly remember Kok Kien going to work. Then called him and meet him at the MRT. He alighted at Somerset while i went to expo to look at the Robinson sale. Wanted to get shirts from New Urban Male but there's no black shirts. Then wanted to get a wallet and fragrance but the queue is like darn long. So went to Marina square MacDonald to have my lunch. Then went to Topman to buy some shirt, but out of stock. So went to Bugis one to get it. Went over to Somerset and look for Kok Kien as he's gonna go to the gym with me. Waited for him to finish his work wanted to come back to AMK. But saw California fitness gym people giving out leaflets so we went in and take a look. It's darn f high class compared to Fitness First, there's like a lift inside and 3 storeys. Went to check out our fats and muscles whatsoever things. Then when the person wanted to tell us about the price. Me and Kok Kien went off leaving Ching We and Shao Wei there. Went to Fitness First to wait for Kok Kien as he've got to meet Rina. But he reached soon after i reached. Trained and went to the sauna, we challenged and see who can last longer inside. And i lasted like 5mins longer than him. Went to bathe and have our dinners at food court. Boon Shien and Ching We came and we chatted awhile. Bought another meal and headed home. |
